My husband and I went to Mattress Firm to get an idea of what would work best for us. Met Raul who was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He helped us get a great bed that works for my soft and cozy side and my husband's need for firmness. Hadn't planned on buying today but Raul made it so easy to find a great deal and a great bed so we bought from him.

She was incredibly friendly and helpful about finding our matress and its transportation. It was the best matress experience ever. You should have more employees like this.

Hollywood! This guy was great! I told him how much money I had and what I (thought) I wanted. He showed me all the different kinds of mattress and found the best one for us! Go see this guy! He was patient with my children and super friendly I wouldn’t go anywhere else

We weren't too happy with our last mattress purchase at Cardi's in Westerly, so we decided to try the Mattress Firm store instead. The minute we walked in we were treated to top-notch service. The store manager, Raul Fernandes, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and not pushy at all. He listened to our needs and concerns, which showed us that he really cared. He was very patient and understanding and helped us pick a super comfortable mattress within our price range.
