if i could give it ZERO stars....i would.....8/16 visited the store in cranson ri. in the past have purchased 3 sleep number beds....no problems.....my son selected a new bed for himself....but he is in the process of moving in the near future, doesn't know where yet.....the implication from the sales person was that we could lock in the price....give me a credit card.....and it WON'T BE CHARGED until the bed is ready to ship. sale is 4663.71....not a bad sale. call when we have an address. well apparently my son and i BOTH "misunderstood" the sales person....just got my credit card bill.....and guess what???? 4663.71 is on the bill.....WOW.....what a surprise....ask me if i'm p*ssed? go ahead....ask.....needless to say my dealings with this company are over with.....richard
