Jordan's Furniture Warwick

Every mattress buying experience I've had in the past was unpleasant. So I was expecting more of the same when I visited Jordan's in Warwick. Instead, our salesman, Beau Ouellette, was pleasant and patient—and clearly determined to help us find the right mattress. Which we did. We came into the store determined to build our knowledge of what's available and not necessarily purchase something on the spot; we left feeling we had found just the right bedding and at a reasonable price.

Meredith was an amazing help as we looked at living room sets. She gave us time to browse and had perfect timing in offering assistance. We especially appreciated her home decorating experience as she helped us coordinate different fabrics and even area carpets. The other staff members also treated us as if we were guests rather than customers. Shopping at Jordans Furniture was a fun experience!

Salesman seemed annoyed with me. I'm looking to buy a leather reclining couch. I have a great deal of titanium rods and pins in my neck. So I need a couch that helps support me comfortably. I hope he is nicer to future customers. Maybe he was just having a bad day.

Our experience was great. From the attention of Jackie in the Showroom, she paid attention of what we were looking for and our style and showed us exactly what we were looking for and more. We received part of our furniture, one of the pieces is in back order. But the guys at delivery were right on the time they told us, they called 1/2 hour from arrival time and did a great job placing the furniture in the place we wanted. They were friendly, respectful and very careful when placing the items, etc. We will back to Jordan's in a near future!

It took us several weeks to really decide the style and color of couch that we were looking for. Our attendant, Lucia, was amazing. Unlike the other stores we visited, she allowed us to take our time and was never, ever, pushy. Although we haven't received our furniture yet (waiting for delivery), I can already tell we'll be going to back to Jordan's the next time we are in need of furniture.
