Dont buy a their warranties. We bought a sofa that started to rip at the seams near the top within 1st year. My wife called multiple times to have it addressed. They came out to fix the recliner mechanism which prompted the initial call and they said the tear was wear and tear and refused to address the problem. When we purchased warranty they said it covered everything except pet damage. We had no pets. We asked all the appropriate questions to make sure everything was covered. Now its been five years and a have a huge rip along top of my couch with stuffing coming out🤨

A bit of a ride from the Cape but I liked the place. Open zoned areas with plenty to look at. Your met at the door by a salesperson who guides you through and handles your order. Quality furniture. Not the cheapest around but that was what we were looking for. Very happy with our selection.

The delivery guys were awesome. Quick, professional, helpful and funny. Love the new furniture and will def go back to the store and sales rep that we had!

Love this store. The sales woman Annie is so great. What a nice and kind woman and made buying a mattress a great experience.

If I purchase something in cash, and you say it's in stock/you can have it to me by Saturday, then I expect to receive the item on Saturday. What I don't expect is to get a call saying that the item was NOT in fact in stock, and that it'll be another 2 weeks minimum before the item will be delivered. They didn't comp anything from my order; basically just told me to buzz off and wait. My advice to you fine folks at Raymour and Flannigan: check to see whether something is in stock before selling it to a customer. Now I've relied on your promise that the furniture would be delivered Saturday, so I've gotten rid of my old furniture set already. Now I won't have a living room set for at least 2 weeks instead of just a couple days. You would expect them to at least give me some extra money off or something. Furniture prices are way high as it is, and you know their profit margins are pretty big on each item anyway. That's why when you pay cash you get like $1,000 off. Next time I will bring my business elsewhere. Two stars because my salesperson (forget her name -- began with a D) was great. Otherwise, I'd give you guys one star. Edit: They restocked my order in a timely manner, and gave me priority on when I wanted it shipped to remedy the issue. Good customer service, but this shouldn't have happened in the first place. 4 stars.
