McDonald's

Long wait in drive thru. Forgot chocolate milk. Asked if barbecue sauce was in happy meal, girl said yes, got home no sauce. Overall, very typical experience when going to my local McDonalds.

Even though there was quite a line when we arrived, our order was taken rather quickly. Our food was brought to our table, hot and prepared as we asked. The dining area was clean and welcoming. We will be back.

Service, Service, service..... We need better management and motivated employees that want to work in this industry. McDonald's is nothing like it used to be here in Owensboro. It's a shame. Mainly midnight to 7am.

This place NEVER gets my order correct how hard is it to hold the pickles on a big Mac? I've been trying to call this establishment for over 2 hours now however, conveniently the phone is off the hook. My mother made another trip took mine back but had done thrown hers away n the manager would NOT replace hers although she had her receipt since she didn't bring her burger the manager refused to replace both meals exactly alike. Even though I could not reach them on the phone to question what I needed to do. Real sad when u can't even complain r replace the food u bought that they messed up n conveniently left phone off hook

Never get what you ordered thru drive through window. Ordered double hamburger with out cheese, extra onions and mayo. When I got home, thinking to go on how could they mess that up, they did. I got a single burger with cheese. Had to throw away. Can't eat cheese. Oh well!!!!
