MDC Computers

I went MDC computers because my dell laptop wouldn't charge after less than year of ownership. The owner told me that she was familiar with repair, but it would be in my best interest to contact Dell directly through chat. I am glad she was able to give this advice as my laptop was still under warranty, and Dell was able to fix it. Thank you for the advice! I appreciate it.

A very horrible experience. I’ll never come to them for help again. Had to drive to Las Cruces to get my phone fixed. At least they helped me (within 20 mins) I would suggest using the fix it people at the mall in Las Cruces. They are quick and they are better at customer service than MDC.

They were very efficient in letting me know about my laptop when doing diagnostics on it. As always they were very helpful and quick. If you're having issues with any of your computers or similar items or have questions, I suggest going to their store or talking to them first always. Thanks again guys, great job!

I was traveling through Alamogodo from Georgia and my iPhone 6 battery had begun to swell. On the off-chance that MDC could help, I stopped by. He (did no get name) opened my phone, bled off the excess battery pressure, and finished the job in 10 minutes. He would not accept any payment. Wow! If I lived there, MDC would have all my business.

I represent a big company, I just walked it and asked a question and the "owner" kicked me out, she /he was not nice at all! She/he called the police and accused me of prostitution. This business is not okay
