Place is dirty. The red haired lady and the black guy is the only friendly staff. The blonde hair lady is extremely rude. You might not ever see staff. Half the time there's not even any up there. Took 15minutes standing at the desk for someone to come up. Not worth the money. Go spend a extra $10 down the road.

Very clean rooms. Staff is very nice, courteous, and will do anything to help you. Nice and quiet if you sre looking to relax.

Went to see my granddaughter at Franciscan University Steubenville and this is a nice place to stay that's 5 minutes from her campus. Clean, comfortable beds. Coffee at the lounge for breakfast was very good. Staff was very kind and accommodating!
