Motel 6 Cleveland - Middleburg Heights

The non-smoking rooms smell like old cigarettes. The bedding and towels were rough. My pj's had to washed, because the smell transferred to my clothes. The staff was nice. The room was clean.

The room was fairly rough in condition. The air conditioner worked, but ran so loudly that I couldn't have it on and expect to sleep well. I ended up cooling the room down then shutting it off just before going to sleep for the most part. Homeless and other low life types seen on and around the property. My card key failed to work twice during my 5 day stay. On one of the times they had to reprogram my keycard, my ID was not even checked..! On one of the day's I stayed there, no one came in to make up the room. I have stayed at many motel 6's throughout the years and I'd rate this one as the worst of them.

The room was nothing special, but it was just fine for our purposes. The only issue we had was that we requested a non smoking room and it definitely smelled strongly of smoke. When I called the front desk regarding the issue they stated that housekeeping had not made them aware of the issue and that they didn't have any other rooms available. I confirmed that they had nothing that they could do for us to which they said I was correct. So, we, as well as all of our items definitely smelled like smoke when we checked out.

Bathtub was dirty. Had no wash clothes in the room. And they had no toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. Just awful

The room is very clean, bed is comfortable, it is a good size room. My only complaint is the WiFi, I paid for does not work. I will also say due to the cold weather, I am to lazy to go to the office to have it fixed. The person at the desk was very welcoming. I plan on enjoying, my stay here.
