It's a great little park. I've heard it used to be a zoo... Which I would love more information about. Large parking lot of Kilgore road and it connects to the Kalamazoo walking trail and centennial Park.

Decent playgrounds, trails to walk along, large grassy areas to set up grill, on-site restroom, covered area with picnic tables available, but often occupied. In the Summer, this place can get pretty crowded. Wish there were more picnic tables/ seating areas.

Granddaughter loves to see the geese and ducks. Sadly it is full of trash and hidden dangers at Bridges and parking lots and sidewalks. Not real handicap friendly. Nice picnic areas if they would repair tables and clean restrooms.

Just wish the restroom was open I had to cut my walk short to go use the restroom at Meijer up the street on Westnedge but overall I enjoyed my walk
