Motor Vehicle-Drivers License

Employees are helpful and knowledgeable. They're always polite despite all the impatient people. Wait times can be a bit long, but I've never felt it was unreasonable given the number of staff vs customer ratio.

I have never seen a more lackadaisical staff than the one at the Sierra Vista MVD the woman do everything with minimal effort/out put and walk as if they have just eaten a huge thanksgiving dinner... There was ONE woman who walked as if she was being paid and gave us not only friendly but PROMPT service. (McDonald's is friendly & faster than this place)

I made an apt to get a trailer lic plate. The employe inside at the counter, told me to drive around back and wait under the drive port. The sharif that issues the plates, was 30+ min late. When the sharif showed up, he bitched me out for parking where i was told to park, and he preceded to take out his bad day on me. He was hands down, one of the most unfriendly humans on the planet. If you hate your job so much, find another one. Belittling people and talking down to them is uncalled for. esp to good citizens that come in to get tasks accomplished. Simple edict goes a long ways, it's easy to be polite. The experience was lame.

Short lines very helpful friendly employees. I have never had a bad experience going to the MVD since I moved to Sierra Vista 2 years ago.
