This is one of the worst DMV's they are mindless drones that have no common sense. I think they enjoy making people angry, turning them away and shows no empathy. They should be ashamed of themselves. I FOR ONE WILL FIND ANOTHER DMV.

Worst dmv i have ever been to. Have made 3 trips there just so my wife could change her name and address...day one, had to come back next day so social security info would be in there computer...day 2, gave them SS letter and marriage cert with court seal and all signatures...wouldn't accept because they needed certified copy (was fine for SS Federal but not here)...day 3, paid 28 dollars for cert copy ...now they wanted wifes residency card...she has been a u.s citizen since 2015...all this just to have her last name and address changed...will go to coolidge am done with CG...need to close that office...

The worst DMV. First you go to one line to give you a number and letter to another line. Ignore letter and number for the second line. The line moves at the speed of one person served every 20 minutes. There were 20 people in the line ahead of me. May be they should give appointments.

People standing in line with only 3 windows open. No one seems to be in much of a hurry.

Wait time was great (looked at the wait time online). Information desk was quick and friendly. Rep who processed my paperwork was friendly and quick.
