Stood at the vending machine, helped to explain details to a couple - then my driver license was stolen . I only recognized it the next morning : It was a big fat guy. Slick - be careful.

This place sucks! Every hates their job to the point they will have mindless conversation behind the counter infront of 30+ waiting customers. Despicable, poor excuse for a customer service buisness. And where did the chairs go? Its like the wanted to make your half hour plus wait time even worse by making you stand. Who is running this place! What is going on here! Ive seen animal carnivals with more organization and sense of direction than this place! Did i mention everyone hates their job and are rude as hell!

Walking in the front desk people where normal, helpful, nothing over the top. Had really short lines luckily and talked with two different people in the two days I went both were very nice a professional and made the process go very smoothly.

The information desk was extremely polite and cheerful today. Silver haired fella very sweet. Even when he told me I'd have to run home for more documents most likely. Once at window he was correct but the lady Laura was super sweet and explained run home , come back and come straight to my window if I'm open I'll continue if not wait and you'll be next. Super polite which is a first at DMV for me. Overall long process due to moving to new state but no fault of theirs. I got in/out, home ,returned and in / out under 1.5 hours total. Not to shabby, and thank you for the positive attitude.
