I wish I had read these reviews before I came here. My notice from DMV for an updated photo said the charge should have been $12. They insisted on $32 for the “convenience” of being a third party business. What a rip off! Additionally the staff was eating food and drinking beverages at the counter and discussing personal things among themselves- so unprofessional. One girl yelled oh “I’m going to order from McDonald’s. Who wants something?” Really? Save it for the lunchroom! I don’t want to have a transaction with someone who is licking their fingers of chip crumbs as they are doing business. I highly recommend you find a different location.

We were the first people here at 0730am and left over an hour later. The employee continued to stock and clean up the desks as we stood there at the counter and told her what we needed. Employee did not know the requirements to get a license and had to keep looking it up. Additionally, when other customers did show up, (and other employees) the woman helping us went around to show the other employees how to do their job. Idk why no other employees were able to handle their own customers.

I do hope they could at lease change their behavior towards their customers. One lady said I needed to pay $70 then when I told them that my friends just paid $45, they made me pay $55. It is very inconsistent and sketchy. Plus they were very rude to my bestfriend and started talking trash about her when she came in again to help me. People come in for convenience but you offer the worst customer service ever. There is nothing wrong with being kind.

The women that work here were extremely rude. It seems to be the Manager that feeds off being mean to the the employees, therefore makes for a stressful environment for everyone. If you hate working with the public. Please remove yourself and have people that enjoy working with the public. It just ridiculous to be ugly, and expect people to want to go to this location? “You need to be fired”
