Holy cow! MDV's are notoriously known to be awful and slow. Northwest seems to be the exception. They have streamlined all their processes and the staff was friendly and helpful. They check right away to make sure you have all the right information so you don't wait in line and find out at the end. Great experience.

Ladys here are like running their own home business. Slow and unorganized. Putting some people in front of others regardless of when you came in. They do easy transactions first. Instead of first come first served. Again slow unorganized and waiting.

I brought my daughter to take her driver's test. Let me give you a hint: "If you're a new driver, and your vehicle is mid to large, DON'T TEST HERE!" The testing area is small, and completing a 3 point turn, without knocking over a cone (an automatic fail) is difficult but not impossible. I'm a seasoned driver, but had problems making the turn in my Highlander. Also be aware that after passing the coned test section, you must drive on the street. Points are deducted for every little thing: i e, not fastening seatbelt, signaling turns, not making a complete stop, stopping within the pedestrian walkway etc.

Randy needs to learn what tone of voice is. You can not raise your voice to someone and expect them to not get a voice and an attitude as well. Don’t treat people like they are stupid. Worst service I have ever had here.
