Arizona Auto License Services

I called first to check how late they were open for and if they were able to give me a copy of my license. The lady told me it was $32 which was no problem. I eventually got to the place and took my number as usual. She stood me in front of the camera to re take my license photo, but in the process of doing so, another worker said the license machine was down. She could have told me from the beginning, “Yes we can do that for you, and it’ll be $32, but our license machine is down so you can come in Monday at 8am.” Moral of the story, I wasted my time and this could have been avoided.

Absolutely fantastic service. My experience getting something notarized today was amazing. Friendliest staff. Prompt service. All customers seemed to be happy regardless of why they were there. We'll be back for future services.

If you are new to AZ and are trying to get a new DL, please, save yourself the hassle of going here. Go to a regular DMV. Absolutely nowhere on the DMV website does it say you have to take in a certified driving record from your previous state but these people will be lazy and refuse to assist you stating that is what you need. The DMV does however state that you can take in 3 different forms which is what I did. The staff 1st attempted to tell me that my original AZ state issued LPN license wasn't a valid form of ID, I shot that down fast as it was on the list right in front of their face. Then all of a sudden, oh, well we aren't going to be able to assist you without a certified driving record from your state but the official DMV can assist you without this. Are you kidding me, your authorized to work on behalf of the "official" DMV and furthermore, the website would have said that was something I needed to take with me. Please save yourself the time and frustration and just go to an official DMV!

Don't waste your time going to this place, in the end you'll end up being turned away and sent to the "official" DMV.

Went to get a duplicate title and it literally took me 5 minutes and I was out the door with my title in hand. They do charge a $15 convenience fee but it's worth it. The ladies that helped me were very nice and knew what they were doing.
