I have been there twice and the people are fast courteous and respectful. I only suggest moving the kiosks as it causes congestion at the entrance doors.

Worst Dmv ever. The instructors for the test do not follow guidelines. Each instructor does something different with each person who does the 3 point turn. My daughter has been practicing and she did the 3 point turn and they failed her. She did not hit any cones. The lady said because she did not pull forward after she backed in. No where does it state that at all. But the male instructor was waving the other kids to move forward. What the hell. My daughter is a good driver and this is how they treat her and they could not show proof that it was in the instruction booklet to pull forward. They just make up there own rules. This place can kiss my a$$ and i filed a complaint to have them investigated.

Absolutely horrible! We never got our tags and then we had to pay for then to be sent to us again! On top of that boyfriend got out of the molitary we paid four hundred dollars for our tags a month prior. Moved to Texas and had to reregister and now we are out of four hundred damn dollars. What a rip off.

Awful DMV. Lines can be expected at all DMVs but the customer service here was not good. The lady at the photo desk had a pissy attitude and wasn't helpful whatsoever. The staff was more worried about what they were going to eat for lunch than processing customers. It also doesn't help that there was only one photo machine that would continuously go down due to operator error. I recommend having something in place for people who are short to prevent the machine from going down in the future.

I wanna post this cause I failed my license test but it’s not the girls fault it’s the drivers fault. You have to correct your mistakes they can’t pass you if you hit the cones cause imagine if it was a person? Failure is hard but you have to understand to fix the mistakes The girl Dinah is very nice and she’s patient with others . Also I want to point out that CONNIE that girl was so understanding I came during my lunch (I don’t know why I choose to do that) I forgot kids are on winter break and she was so fast and understanding, I really enjoyed Connie’s service she was very fast and understood I was on lunch so it was a quick process thank you Connie!
