Arizona Quick Title & Registration

Worst place to go to. I hope no one ever goes here again. The guy is rude and doesn't know what he is doing. I went there 3 days in a row. And he wasn't there. He is unreliable and a liar. I've call at least 20 times through out the day and he doesn't answer. It just goes start to a fax machine. They dont have a voice mail set up. Worst place I promise you. If there was negative stars these guy and place deserves them.

The guy that was running the information desk was SO rude. My dad and I went in to get the title from my dads car transferred to me. He lives out of state so we knew it would be a bit of a process. The guy wasn’t understanding that my dad was giving me the car and that I didn’t purchase it and he kept telling us we needed to have proof of sales tax. We told him we have no problem purchasing sales tax he just needs to tell us what the process is. He wasn’t listening to a word we were saying and kept cutting us off saying “if you don’t like my answer go somewhere else. They’ll tell you the same thing.” He didn’t understand that we were just trying to figure out what we needed to get done. I finally said “let’s just leave, this guy is so rude” and he replied “yeah, I am.” We went somewhere else and they told us something totally different and we got everything done. Don’t even waste your time going here. He is awful and this place is awful.

MUST READ I brought this to myselft for not reading the reviews. People usually complains when their bussiness is in debt, but they don't know what caliber of staff they have running the show. I came to this place with all the good intentions. Some paper work got delay and wasn't able to do what I needed to do on the spot. The staff member at the time told me he needed to go for a 30 min break, understandable. Well the 30 min break became 4 hours from 1248PM to 4:15pm this guy was no show. You must be asking you self why didn't you go to another place. Well this guy had already my registration. I come back early in the morning with the intentions of picking up my items and guest What this guy is NO SHOW. On the past1 hour I observed around 6 customer leaving becuause of this no ShOW.... you guys mught think I'm harsh but honestly this is nothing. Hope the best

I had a very quick=good experience. In and out in 5 minutes with my registration. There are a lot of bad reviews here but the place is under new ownership. If youre really busy and dont have a lot of time go here and you will be taken care of fast.

I arrived about 8 min. Before they were to open, went to the door at 9:00 (when they were supposed to open). Sign on the door said “be back in 5 min.” Waited until 9:15 and no one showed up! Called repeatedly but of course no one answered.
