UPDATE BELOW. Web page says the facility is open today 7:30-5. Posted sign on doors say facility doesn’t open today until 12 pm. 800 phone number doesn’t work either. What great service (not) from the State. You should avoid these places at all costs and use online when possible . Unfortunately I can not resolve online. EXPERIENCE UPDATE: Staff opened the doors a few minutes before 12pm. They were very friendly and tried hard to get the crowd (50+) that had formed in the last hour at the door organized. I feel very fortunate that once inside I was assigned to an individual named “Brett A9418 1352” who was extremely polite, helpful and one of those government people who is actually dedicated to resolving issues and not just meeting quotas imposed by political appointees then trickled down to staff by senior management. Brett resolved all matters I had come in with today and then some. He deserves more than 5 stars. Most people today use the internet web pages for guidance and direction. If there are schedule changes, the web page showing service hour changes needs to be immediately updated. How many hours of people’s time are being wasted (not to mention fuel consumption and additional pollution) because of this “oversight”.

I've been to this local 6 times in the past 5 years and you have a 50/50 that something will be wrong. I walked out with a replacement drivers lin. It was not reorder. Had to go back down and redo it and waste another hour in line. Transfer a title of a trailer. They put the person I bought it from back on the title but the plate is in my name and I checked with a third party title and in the computer the title is in my name. I I have to go back and straighten that out. Third party title places cant fit if DMV screws it up.

Everyone is helpful and polite. The service is faster than 3 years ago.

I came here on a Wednesday morning to get a new driver license. The wait time on the first line was only about 2 minutes with 2 people in front of me and the second line took another 2-3 minutes. The lady that was helping me out with the license application took about 15 minutes though. She had to go and talk to the manager 2 times because she wasn't sure how to input something into the system. Overall I was very happy with the service, compared to some of the other DMVs is been to outside of AZ.

One star is one too many! And I was literally lied to by two reps and had to call DMV to receive truthful correct information!
