Things are get done so slow and only one window works out of four windows. Almost 15 people waits and nobody helps.

This is a nice location, and faster than any dmv in Las Vegas. The reason I gave it 2 stars was because I tried calling them to see if paperwork had come in, and they kept hanging up on me. I had to call 5 times before a lady answered and asked to put me on hold. Before I answered she did anyway. Then she was rude the entire time I was on the phone with her. Each employee I met in there is nice, but Shannon was rude an unhelpful over the phone.
