I went in today again after 2 attempts on getting the license test correct. The beautiful young lady that assisted me with my testing was great. Real professional and very nice. I don't think I had the privilege of knowing her name. Which I now regret. But she's in the second booth from where line D is at. THANK YOU GORGEOUS. You are awesome and very professional at what you do. Keep up the great work.

I suspect the practical driver’s test officials discriminate against foreign Asian residents. I failed the practical driver’s test three times. The first time was warranted. I was nervous and did not park properly. After practice, I completed this task with confidence. During my second test I failed and was told I did not stop long enough at stop signs. I failed my final test and was told I stopped too long at stop signs. I am confused. What is the proper length of time to stop. In Thailand I wait until the way is clear. While traveling with Americans they appear to be doing the same. Now I must retake the written and practical tests. I will NOT return to the South Mountain site for these services.

Typical motor vehicle department. only one difference is this one here may not have any line but you will still wait as the nice employees talk with every little customer about their children's medical information, listening to stories about their cats and dogs, their neighbors, as you're sitting there waiting to get your ID. Line 11 Jenna thanks for been so friendly to everyone while I sit here. April 2018, I’m sitting here again waiting as the snails, I mean people move like snails at the speed of molasses. Obviously, they get paid by the hour. They should be paid piece work. This would solve the national joke - nightmare of waiting in line at motor vehicle departments.

The wait was short. I was only there for only 10 minutes at 3:20 pm on a Monday without an appointment. The appointment line appeared to be longer than the walk-in, surprising. I’m glad I was able to do the emissions test next door and handle v business in one trip. There isn’t a ton of parking, but There were several open spots when I came, lucky me! When I walked in through the glass entrance door, there’s a check in machine for appointments to the left and there are some machines for specific services straight ahead. I was walking in so I went to the general line next to the appointment machine. There were two ladies in front of me. A friendly lady at the counter asked what I was there for and after explaining she gave me a ticket for C line over to the right of the corner of the room. It was just a few feet from where I was standing. I was the third person in line. A lady waved for me to come over and I filled her in and just like that everything was taken care of.

Just 17 minutes for new Driver license and vehicle registration. Excellent and quick service !
