Scrooge this place! Just to get a new ID is like 2 hours. I dread coming here but I'm far out west so there aren't any closer options. You'd think they could have improved something to get people in and out faster in 7+ years I've been coming here, nope.

I've been here two times today and I haven't even made it inside the lobby yet because there isn't any parking. The first time I sat for almost 20 minutes and not a single car moved in there was 10 cars waiting and I got fed up and left. I came back an hour later again the place was packed 8 waiting cars in the parking lot waited almost 15 minutes for a parking spot one person came out of the building then somebody stole the spot so I left. It's absolutely ridiculous that you have more parking for your employees than you do the people you're supposed to serve.

2 plus hour wait time on 3 seperate visits. AZ needs a better system for CDL holder processing. Very limited parking. It is confusing to know where to get a number when you first walk in the door. You have to wait in line to get photo, check in, and get number. Then you wait, wait, wait, and continue to wait.

Commercial drivers only. MVD's are no body's favorite place, but this one is not so painful. The lines are organized in a way that will get you out the door in a timely manner. Staff is mostly friendly and honestly, I've never had a bad experience here.

Got here at 8:20 to renew my cdl license. I received number 029, now at 9:44 they are at only number 15. This is just ridiculous. Just two windows, tens of people taking their CDL tests, very very bad service. This is a whole day stay just to renew a license.
