POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE> I needed to be reimbursed money because i forgot to give them my customers military non resident tax exempt form when i got registration initially. one of the tellers said it couldn't be done and offered if i wanted to speak to the supervisor. I said sure. I spoke to the supervisor and she immediately had a light attitude. I can deal with work attitude becuase no one wants to be at work on a friday but at some point you have to say something. I explained to her the situation. She asked if i wanted a refund for the registration and i said yeah if thats what it takes to get the difference of the cost with the tax exempt form and she replied "Yeah, Thats A Refund" with an annoying tone and smirk. I immediately asked her why the attitude and told her i have not been rude at all or have done anything to deserve that kind of treatment and she began to say she did not have attitude or was not being rude and then when i was speaking she began to say okay over my voice and was just rude about trying to resolve that issue. Mind i have my customer next to me who also agreed she had a nasty smirk and attitude. I was embarrassed in front of my customer and 2 other supervisors who did nothing to apologize for her behavior or even try and talk to me after.

The stop issuing tickets to customers at 4:45 PM they close at 5 PM suggestion to come 30 minutes early with all documents. They have a kiosk machine that is great for making address changes.

The supervisors at this location are the worst. Don't try to help. Don't care and will not listen. They don't know their job. Telling me one thing and courts saying another. Had to go up 2 supervisors and finally listened too and got it done. Courts sent all my release stuff electronic. Courts say it was sent this morning that the mud just needs to look at electronic journal. All mvd says is it's not here try again tomorrow. That's not my job. Also mvd supervisors are telling me to get it faxed. But the courts are saying they sent allowed to fax to mvd. Per mvd instructions. Even the supervisors don't know their own job. Worst experience at any mvd I've ever gone to. Should be negative stars if I could. After head supervisor got it fixed I now have to go back to begining of the line after being here for already an hour.
