Went to get a title under my name with my boyfriend, he told the lady that he wanted to make a transfer && get a plate for a car, she made a mistake on her end, we were there for almost 2 hours because she kept going back && fourth asking for help, && then told I believe her name was Rosa that my boyfriend didn't tell her anything about me wanting to put a title under my name && saying I wasn't there when I was right beside him the whole entire time, so the 3 workers there decided to give attitudes, telling us what we wanted to do because they were closing soon, the lack of training was truly unbelievable. I also came here a couple of years ago to get a copy of my license, they told me that I had to take a test again because they couldn't find a way that if I had a license or not because they couldn't find me in the system whatever that meant. This place is very unprofessional && just so rude, never had service like this to where it made me upset like they did, don't ever come here.

I had absolutely fantastic service here this afternoon. I needed to get both a new driver's license and plates for my car and Rosa was friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. Had to wait no time at all for service. Highly recommend and I will be back.

I’ve used these services for motor vehicle and notary services. Very knowledgeable and the hours of availability are time-saving.

Short and rude in answers to questions maybe because there a DMV or encountered other bad customers but still no reason to take things out on others.
