Arizona State Express Motor Vehicle & Driver License

This review is based off my experience with Bridget G. Absolutely appalling customer service. Calls your number, continues conversation with another employee as if you do not exist when you approach her booth. Forget about a greeting, you will not receive one. Begins to flip through paper work (still not one word said) and begins to start telling you why the documents you have will not work, even though she had not bothered to ask why you are there. Does not matter you have called to confirm what you needed to bring, the extremely helpful lady who checks you in has spent 15 mins with you making sure everything is in order doesn't matter. After you question her about it, she is one of those " you don't have to get rude" type of employee. I hope her attitude is not a reflection of management or the lack of respect for customers in this community. Questions about your job performance or lack there of is not an attitude ma'am. Attempts to argue with a customer and comments about having a bad day are. If you do not like to have the way you do your job questioned, learn to do it, if not get used to having people question you or quit and get out of a job where helping people is part of the description. I went to another office , was immediately taken and all the documents were completely acceptable.

I'm paying a premium for time convenience, but it was a long wait. Seating has all customers like sardine.. Beth (cust. service) was awesome!!!! She's a keeper!

Great service. Beth at the door was super nice and very knowledgeable. It is great to see people who enjoy and are good at there job. Gold star to Beth.

Awesome experience...super fast,friendly and knowledgeable!! Don't hesitate going here...skip the horrible state ran offices...especially the one in Casa Grande ..which is a bunch of grouchy woman, who clearly hate their jobs..ESPECIALLY the "supervisor" . Plus there is no way to contact them..no phones ,no email. If you want a stress free experience ,go HERE. You do have a miniscule fee that you don't pay at the state offices..but trust me its worth it..

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! When I was there the phone was ringing off the hook but the focus was on the customer's coming inside the door. I love that they didn't place us on hold while they took all of the phone calls. The customers who actually showed up to be helped should always be a priority.
