In this day and age everybody is In a hurry to go do nothing most of the time anyways. This place has a lot of customers hence the longer wait times. Expect to wait, it is what it is, never bothers me really? What else you got going on anyways?

Came in and got my tags for renewal. An employee helped me use the self service machine. Took me less than 5 minutes to get it done. Good experience.

AMAZING doesn't even begin to describe my experience here. Recently moved to AZ and needed drivers license, registration, plates and title, I was out in less than 30 minutes. After spending 30+ years dreading each time I had to visit DMV and spending HOURS waiting, this office was a pleasant surprise.

I went to this office on 6/30 to order replacement vanity plates. Told me around 4-6 weeks. Paid for it at the time. Went back on 9/2/16, because I did not have them yet. I was told by them that I had to do it "in person" and cannot call Service Arizona to do this. So I waited again for another 30-45 minutes. This person on 9/2/16 said they would order again with an expedited order for 7-10 days. On 9/19/16 I still don't have plates. I called Service Arizona, which transferred me to the vanity plate division. They said I could have called to place the order or check on it and that I didn't have to go to DMV in person. They saw that I paid for the plates, but they NEVER received an order from the Apache Junction DMV from either date I was there. This person will place another rush order for plates. Now my plates or up for renewal. Hope I get the new plates before the tag comes, so to not have to get a replacement tag.
