Outstanding! I was to be on hold for over 20 minutes with the MVD, until I found the number for the CDL office. I called, it rang twice and they answered the phone and answered my questions. Dienna sp? was awesome!

Never really that busy, and the times that it does get busy. Never usually waiting longer than 15 minutes. They offer all CDL testing. Permits, endorsements and CDL road test/skills and pretrip. All the workers are usually friendly and boost confidence before taking any test.

I went in to renew my driver's license which expired 11-08-2016 on my birthday. My new license which i got yesterday., dated 10-13-2016,expires 11-13-2016. I believe they actually knew i was renewing my license for more than a month. So they have my $10.00 and now i have to wait in line again to get the correct expiration date. The new person was a trainee. Well i take back my thumbs up . If in fact i could not renew early they should have told me so. Oh well

It's way too small to handle the volume of clients. The commercial industry is growing and needs more help in that office. We are all cluttered in a very small space with barely enough room to move in. The capacity is over the limits comparing the size of room when they have people even standing against the walls. Frankly animals at a shelter get better attention then we do.
