2/2017 They changed their format. Instead of getting a number we were greeted at the door & then sent from person to person completing the required paperwork & tasks along the way. The process was much more efficient & painless. We were in & out in less than 30 minutes, seriously.

There was a wait, but it was shorter than I was anticipating and they did a good job moving everyone through the queue and taking care of business in an orderly fashion. Better than it was during my last visit--in 2002.

Good service, DL and tags in 30 minutes, very professional knowledgeable staff.

This place is organized so badly. You have a guy just going to a machine to give you a number. I understand that he can answer questions too, but it is a waste of an employee. Also, the directions in the office are confusing. I liked the get a number and wait for your number.

The place is definitely old but extremely fast service. You’re in and out in just less than 30 about 30 minutes. The building is old and there’s not a waiting area for those accompanying you. Staff was alright.
