quoted 12 min wait time. waited 25 mins. got hung up on forced to wait another 25 mins. no call back when we got disconnected. very inefficient and slow.

Better than average DMV or MVD compared with a few other states. Much better than NY or NJ.

I went to get a bond inspepection on my car and the attendant who's sole job for me was to check vin number and give me a package. Did I get that... no why should a government employee actually do their job. All I got was a bunch of attitude, flack, and oh that's not my job. Thank you Raquel Martiz badge number c7699 for letting me know how lazy the government's employees are.

I had to get a level 3 inspection for a restored salvage title for my truck. I showed up at 5am, then was told around 6:15 am by someone else waiting in line that we're supposed to park around the corner in the parking lot and wait in line in person in the chairs for over 2 hours until they open. No bathroom, no amenities, nothing. It's insane. When you try to ask any employees about it they are rude and dismissive and act like you should already know.

I had to change the state of my previous license to Arizona. I went here yesterday around 4:40 PM not knowing that the line would be closed at 4:30, so one of the employees gave me a form to fill out and turn in the next day. When I came in today, the process went by quickly and smooth. Not a bad experience except for the hiccup yesterday.
