We went to see the butterfly house at the horticultural gardens, unfortunately it was closed today due to lack of volunteers. The garden is loads of fun and you can catch butterflies (let them land on your finger). Outside they have numerous flower areas, my favorite being the hastas. There were only small shoots on a few early starters at this point in the season, but it is nice to see them all the same.

A very nice horticulture garden. A must visit place if you are visiting Michigan State University and love flowers.

Always an incredible place to visit and view the gorgeous flowers. These gardens are like home to all Master gardeners in Michigan. Becoming a Master Gardener has been an incredible experience. Love MSU Extension Services, Master Gardener Program.

These are the best gardens on campus. There is so much variety: there is the annual garden, the rose garden, the 4H garden and more. There is a small green pond. There is a spot for a wedding.

This place is a second home to me. I bring people here all the time to show them the wonderful garden. The water orb sculpture is the best, I could play with it for hours. Bring your kids over to the kids garden!
