Worked here for a couple years. Always well kept by friendly staff. This is a great getaway for anyone looking for some solace from the hustle and bustle of Ann Arbor traffic and city life. Beautiful meadow, valley, and river views. Peonies in may and June are world renowned, and education experiences abound!

My favorite place in Ann Arbor. Most days, once you're inside the park, you wouldn't even have any idea you're in the middle of a city. The peony garden come late spring is gorgeous and there's a little of everything for everyone here. Hills, rough paths, gravel paths, a river walk, open fields, and "deep woods". Very well maintained and lots of wildlife! The only thing I don't like about the park is the parking. What a pain. Such is life in A2...though, I did recently learn about parking passes being given out in the information office - haven't tried that out yet.

A true piece representative of the natural beauty of Michigan. There are numerous walkways of varying trepidation for all types. Massive trees and a major walkway running alongside the Huron river rapids allows spectators to watch the successes and failures of the people traversing the river by kayak, tube, or canoe. Plenty of picnic areas and if you venture deep enough you enter these massive fields and valleys surrounded by wooded trails to explore. I can't wait to go back and explore the place even more.

Lovely park with extensive trails of varying challenge, good river views and a nice collection of plants. Great for bird watching. I wish they allowed bikes on the wide flat gravel trail.

Doctors and staff are all super nice and helpful. Traffic/parking is kind of a mess from 1-4 but good place overall!
