Muddy Paws Pet Spa and Grooming

The staff was amazing. So friendly. We were told it would be anywhere from 2 to 2.5 hours..it took 45 min!! Our little Josie had never been professionally groomed or bathed before and they did such a great job. They listened to all the little details. I wasn't nervous to leave her there at all. We will definitely be bringing her back! Thank you Muddy Paws!

The staff were pretty nice and it's priced well. Very clean!! They cut the quick on my puppy's paws though and weren't very nice about discussing it. She admitted that she hadn't done a lot of puppies but I was really hoping to create a good experience for my pup so it'd be easier on staff later in life. Unfortunately she's a bit of a bear now to trim. She's great for baths though so I'd likely try them again for that.

Absolutely love this place! I hate paying an arm and a leg to have my short haired dog groomed/bathed, so I am extremely thankful that they have the self-serve option for bathing. I love that you can walk in to the facility without an appointment and there is always a tub open and ready for your dog to be bathed in. I also love that they provide you with everything that you need to give your dog a bath -- aprons for the humans, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, ear cleaner, brushes, towels, blueberry facial scrub, dryers -- you name it! I bring my dog in for a bath here at least once a month and when we leave, she always smells like fresh blueberries. She will even get compliments on how soft she is and how great she smells for weeks after her bath. If you are looking for an affordable, all-inclusive self-serve bathing facility for your dog -- Muddy Paws is the place!

Great experience! I inquired about pricing over email and they were very quick to respond. The location is great and when you walk in it's very welcoming. I have 2 somewhat anxious, LARGE dogs and they were ready to handle them and got both of them taken care of within just a couple hours. I get nervous about bringing my german shepherds to new places because one is very timid and the other doesn't like to be separated from his best friend. I really liked the fact that they got to hang out in an open room together after they were finished up. Very impressed and I highly recommend them! I will definitely be going back!

Hands down THE BEST customer service we have experienced. My husband and I were out of town and our pup decided to get into some mud for my mom who was dog sitting. Both Kayla and Heidi were super accommodating with assisting my mom as it was her first time there with an extra muddy dog! THANK YOU for all you guys do!
