Staff is nice and is always willing to help. That's about the only reason for the 1 star. The service is abysmal. Comparable to the dial up that I had in 2004. I have tier 3 and it's virtually unusable. I go to friends houses to download something. Murray electric doesn't return my emails and even when provided proof that the "tier 3" is not getting the mb it should get, they do nothing. All in all, horrible and I can't wait to never have to use them again.

Very friendly staff and punctual with installations. However they are very unorganized and questionable with the decisions they make with little to no communication.

Overpriced and terrible services. My experience with MES has been nothing but negative.
