Spectrum

No stars at all, in fact. I assume that not having stars are considered and F in elementary school. ( since i feel its necessary) I have been with this company since it was named charter communications and have had the same pixel freezing, not working at all disconnect the last five years. Wi -Fi cuts out sporadically. I have had boxes switched, extenders installed, and if I had to guess, a 4 timed visit by techs. The first of which wanted to put a cable loose going down a hall way, through my kitchen, and into my son's game room. This is in a house that has full attic that you can stand up and walk in, but that got handled super fast by another tech that is well respected. (not just bad things) The most disappointing thing is my current package consist of a bill costing $186 a month. My question is if i over the total of 14 years I have had cable with the same cable company that has changed names. The last 5 years my cable has been cutting out because there is a disconnect somewhere that happens here and there as i stated. Does that mean if averaged out to $150 a month which = $5400 ( 9x5 is 54) I have over paid for service?

I was told I could get internet. Waited and waited so I called them back and was told it wasn’t available in my area!!
