Cable connections provides clear pictures and the internet speed is decent but they are expensive. Only new customers get a deal. They should have a ln appreciation package for loyal customers who been with them for years.

I paid this company $60.00 a month for over a year for unreliable internet with regular outages and was treated poorly once I moved. Never again though.

Horrible service and really horrible customer service. We recently moved to another state and our daughter stayed in the rental we were in since she was staying in the state and at her job. We tried to turn off our service so she could get it in her name and they made me drive 6 hours to go into the local building and take 3 pieces of proof that my husband and I had moved. Then I needed to make the return trip, thinking I was just mailing in the equipment since that was what I was told the process was. Nope, I had to stay 3 extra days because they were closed the next two days and they insisted on me taking the equipment into the local building before turning our service off. The real kicker was that they started billing my daughter the same day we went in with my proof of moving, but also continued to bill us until the equipment was returned and then somehow didn't shut it off so now I'm fighting to get my account settled.

Only one person working. Second guy told me to have a seat it’s going to be a while and went into the back. Your prices do not reflect your customer services. I’ve had better CS at the DMV.
