By far the worst Internet service I've ever had! So inconsistent... I had two technicians come out to so call fix the problem but nothing changed. This had been going on for three months straight. They call it a T3 outage. Both technicians said it was fixed but I'm still getting them! I highly recommend choosing another internet company. Especially if you are a gamer or work from home.

The equality of channels offered. Local, premium or package. Is all revisions of the same viewing. Just on different channels.

Ghetto company. Show up early if youre returning their garbage equipment. They expect you to take a number and wait around for them to call your name just to drop equipment off. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. GOOD RIDDANCE.
