Company only values new customers offering to buy out contracts up to $500 but raise rate of long term customers$20 every yr. Paying $70 for slowest internet speed and that's it, no cable no phone cause that's all I need.When you send out a bill with. $20 increase you need to remove the statement that you value them !!

Went to office to get a new remote. Looked up office hours before I left because it's a 25 minute drive. Suppose to be open at 1pm. Showed up at 1:40 and it was closed. Knocked on door and woman came out and td me to come back at 2pm. Had another appointment had to get to. Terrible business practice!

Worst internet provider out there. Raising prices without prior notice, shotty service, many outages. Overall terrible service.

Much better than AT&T. I switched for a $10.00 difference and huge mistake. I was lied to about $150.00 in visa cards to cover installation, a discounted bill for providing 7mbps when it should have been 50mbps, and lied to a 2nd time about the visa cards. AT&T = Theft + Deception. Thanks for self installation so I didnt have to waste $100.00 like I did with AT&T!
