$51/month for 10 megs while a county away they offer 100 megs for $29.99!?!? How is this even legal? Also they charge a reconnect fee of $60 after they turned my cable off 1 hour before bill was paid! Electric rate though is very affordable.

When the rates go up without explanation, customers are left frustrated. It's time a formal investigation is conducted - support should be plentiful. Looks like they want to hit everyone with a water increase now - why not flood them with an audit of their business practices? Don't see why the AG can't be contacted.

Wish I could give negitive stars. Justified building a multi-million dollar new facility as our rates continue to rise. Will only use the services I have to since they do have a monopoly on energy in the city of Frankfort. Currently shopping to replace every service I can with their competitors.

I'm paying for 10 Mbps upload at best, ($80 a month) all I need is 5 FOR MY JOB but I'm barely getting 1!!!! This isn't any different then when I was just paying $60! Internet is a JOKE

The WORST service I’ve had my entire life, and I grew up with dial-up. 😒 we pay almost $100 a month for their highest data package; and I can’t even have my phone connected to WiFi at my house because it slows it down. I have a WiFi upload/download speed test on my phone and we don’t get HALF of what we’re paying for. If I had another option I would switch. But where I live I can’t get the AT&T internet. I cannot WAIT to move so we can get away from FPB. I am so displeased with this service I WILL NOT live in Frankfort after this house. I would give it no stars, but it wouldn’t let me.
