The City of Bardstown

Have been calling four five days to report a downed wire in my backyard and noone has come to fix it. We can’t mow or go to the shed because of the dangling live wire. No excuse!

My internet services was interrupted friday afternoon and when I called the helpdesk for assistance I was told that my acct had been disabled and that I would need to contact customer service in the meantime I had to miss work that Saturday since I do work from home. I went to the office Monday morning which also caused me to have to clock in late and was advised that acct had not been disabled and that maybe there was an outage in my area and to call them once I returned home. When I got back home I unplugged my modem as I did Friday evening before I called the helpdesk and the service connected back up. I was not provided any answers as to why my service was interrupted or why this helpdesk rep had stated my acct had been disabled. Currently looking another internet provider.
