Internet is horrible. Not a single person works in customer service who you can understand. Their internet works 1/3 of the time. It loves to drop it's IP address and then you have to manually get a new one, when you tell them about the problem "oh yes we are having problems on our end". They should really fix that problem seeing as its been happening for 7 f**king years.

Windstream is extremely over priced, shouldn't we be able to have more choices on cable and internet carriers in this town I don't think it's fair to put a few here and give us the crappiest deals because they don't bundle with anyone

Horrible customer service!! In no hurry at all to fix issues. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Pay a premium price for a mediocre service that doesn't work half the time! I'd give 0 stars if that was an option!!

This company is just flat out deplorable. God awful internet, horrible customer service.. And I don't even have them. This is from every person I ask about them. This lovely company also left a hard inquiry on my credit report.. And I've never had anything to do with them! Stay away. Do not succumb to this company.
