Probably the most inconsistent service I have every subscribed too. I have a 50mb plan and usually can only get 10-12mb downstream. I can get 25mb if it is 11pm on a school night. I got more reliable internet with a 12mb plan through wind stream. I would stay clear from this service if you live in the Anchorage / Westport Road area. The only reason I give 2 stars is because the guys doing the installation were very professional and wore boot covers to keep my carpet from getting dirty.

For lack of a better way to phrase it this place is a barrel of monkeys. Our company has attempted to work with them on multiple occasions and run into problems on all fronts with the exception of their web development office (have not worked with them, no inclination to).
They suffer deeply from the "Good Ol' Boy" problem that is apparent in many KY owned businesses. It would seem that the ownership/management makes no effort to be accountable for it's problematic employees and the company is riddled with amateur personalities.
Your time and money are better spent elsewhere. There are better, more competitive companies in the area.

WOW, big business communications move over. As a small business owner I use Bluegrass net for all facets of my communications, and by the way they are a local business which means my dollars spent with them stay in town, not China, Mexico, or California. Just a few of the services we take advantage of is our land line phones, internet connection (fast and fast), exchange server, employee email platform, web hosting, and other facets. We continue to have a great relationship with this company, we're not talking about them sending a Christmas card thanking us for our business...They regularly stop in to see how their services are working and if their is any issues that can make our life easier.
And, yes, when I do call with a question or in need of a solution, a real person answers the phone and we can get straight to the task at hand without taking much time out of my day. I write this comment because of the time that they spent with us on integrating our staff emails and they bent over backwards to make sure it got done quickly and cost effectively. My wife and I were just floored on how they made sure it worked right and did exactly what it needed to do as opposed to another national company, I won't mention a name, who set us up with something similar and it didn't work properly and when we called to fix the very problem that we wanted to solve they charged huge rates to fix a problem with their system that never worked properly in the beginning. I should have called Bluegrass Net first.
Ditch the big com's.
