It was great at first. Then our cable and internet started going out. Sent a young guy out and all he did was what I had already done which was resetting the boxes. He didn't bother to stay long enough to see it was still going out. As much money as we pay, we shouldn't have this problem. They need better technicians that know what they are doing. I'll be calling again tomorrow to have this sorted out and hope they don't try to charge us for faulty equipment.

Very gracious customer service. STILL have to have or request a landline​ phone in order to receive wifi or cable with them. But worth looking into.

No excuse for forcing potential customers to pay for landline phone service in 2017. I would otherwise sign up for their 1 gigabit fiber that's new to my area, as the price for the internet alone is competitive at the higher speeds. Heck, they could charge me an extra twenty bucks a month and not tell me I have phone service and I'd be semi-okay with it. Being forced to sign up for a service I don't want is a deal breaker, I can't support a business practice like that. Sadly, they are the only broadband provider in my area, thus I will end up giving my money to Verizon for more 'gigs' over their cellular network, and Brandenburg Telecom's fancy new fiber can sit there and rot until they change their phone service requirement.
