If I could give you assholes negative stars, I WOULD!!!! Two bills in less than a week. I PAID march!! I have PROOF!! yet you guys are saying I missed this months payment, when the bill says PAY BY APRIL 28TH! IT IS THE 19TH!! You guys are charging me two months I paid AGAIN I HAVE PROOF I PAID!! and charging me next months? Then want me tonpay again for next months? You guys just love money! It's so fucking stupid that ypu guys are charging me for months I HAVE PAID! then want to charge me two times for a month that isn't here yet? This is what a customer service person told me! WHAT THE FUCK? y'all make it hard!!!! Then charge us $10, another $10 and $5 on each bill for stupid taxe reasons? Then charge up another $4 for CABLE WE DON'T HAVE? FUCK YOU GUYS! SPECTRUM WON'T FUCK YOU OVER LIKE THESE ASSHOLES

Helpful but you have to install your own cable kinda a hassle but great internet service

Excellent help. They may work for one of the big media company bullies, but they are friendly and helpful.

I stream TV. I’ve used Comcast all over the United States but this service is absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced. Connection issues all day, every day. I can only speculate that there are too many USERS or faulty equipment excluding the router that I personally bought. I’ve called multiple times for months. I have the Extreme Xfinity speed and this is very disappointing.

Staff was friendly in my experience. Services are alright, decently priced.
