I am only giving Windstream two stars become sometimes - sometimes - I can watch a movie without slowdown, and it is SLIGHTLY better than the XFinity service in Elizabethtown. First things first: 3 MBPS? In 2018? That's what you're giving out? They want to charge an extra $25 for a 4 MBPS plan, which would ALMOST get you to 2006 technology standards. Incredible. Problems started immediately upon ordering. I chose self-install, but they had a tech come out and install my Internet anyway (I ended up having to pay for this!). Then a modem showed up at my door a couple of days later, and I had to go through the trouble of mailing that back to them, too, even though this shouldn't have been an issue. It clearly was a self-install that they chose to profit from anyway, despite my own choice. I guess they're hard up for business. I fervently look forward to the day that Windstream and XFinity will go out of business here in Elizabethtown. They offer a subpar service in an era when there should be innovations and advancements, not this subpar 2002 Internet speed. They're either intentionally throttling the Internet OR their service really is that bad. I'm uploading a picture of my speed today: Less than half a MBPS. Welcome to dial-up speed in 2018 for 3 times the price of dial-up. As soon as Google Fiber gets to E-town, these suckers are out of business, both XFinity and Windstream, so I hope you both enjoy your last two years of relevancy. I would literally choose any other service over these two. PS: Also, I'll have to download the picture later, but I can't right now given that my download speed is 0.43 MBPS. Pathetic.

If you guys weren't running a monopoly on the service win my area I'd take any other provider , I'd take one that runs on the power of hamsters running on wheels , and it would still be more efficient , you people do not care. And if possible I would rate 0 stars or -5 because that's just how bad you are. I'd someone else ever managed to move into the are everyone will switch to them and you WILL lose lots of business , which you very well deserve.

Windsteams service is garbage. You will never get what you pay for from this outfit!! They just want your money and could care less about your service

Installed on Friday the 14th of July 2017 and few hours later lost service. Called it in and few hours later working again. Few hours later out again and kept doing so through the weekend. On Monday a tech showed up and couldn't get it working. The only reason they could come up with is faulty wiring and that they are not allowed to service that. Asked if they can run outside wire but again not allowed. Cancelling service today!
