Terrible is an understatement. Only difference between these guys and satellite, is satellite is only down during a storm. Four days, no internet, and attitude is oh well. No management, all young irresponsible guys. Their answer is always the same, bring in your router and modem. Answer to problem always the equipment on the pole, loose connections.

Constant disconnections from 7 am to 9 pm. At least two to three an hour. Practically useless. Go anywhere else and you'll get better internet and better customer service.

Objectively worse than the city provided internet service which is terrible.  I really gave it a chance, and during peak times (when most people would want to use the internet) you are getting dial-up speeds.
