Shelby Broadband

Poor service and when you complain they shut your service off. I would not Recommend Shelby broadband. Internet is so slow in the elk Creek area. When you call no one is there to answer your call you have to leave a message I want to speak with someone and not leave a message to call me back

frequent outages and when you call you just get a recording. Third time my internet has gone out this week and second time today. They cut our power lines on accident when installing. Garbage company

Great people with amazing internet service at a great price. We've been with Shelby Broadband since their beginning, and they have always been great. Have patience as they always try to do their best. If there is a storm or something that caused outages, give them some time to correct it. I highly recommend Shelby Broadband! Their high speed fiber service was recently added here, and it's even better!

We've been customers of ShelbyBB, Insight, TWC and Windstream and ShelbyBB is the only company that actually seems to care about their customers. We are very pleased with the Fiber solution and would recommend it to anyone interested.

I have been with them from the start. only problem I have is when internet goes down its always on a day there closed. Like right now Memorial weekend, my WiFi is out only Ethernet plugs work. Android tablets down Windows PC only. Windows PC don't run Android games This cost m e $$$ I have purchased items for my Android games that run on a timer lost 48 hrs so far. money wasted .fixed Tuesday. Now it is late Friday early Saturday. Week later guess what another weekend no dang internet
