I had decided to cancel Windstream because I could get another service cheaper. I called them to tell them I was canceling. A customer service representative said oh no don't cancel I can lower your bill no problem. So I agreed next thing I know, someone's knocking on my door saying they had a work order from Windstream. This was something I had not been informed of or asked for. I had to call the company several times trying to find out what was going on. This was a major inconvenience I had to rearrange my schedule because of this which was not even needed or necessary. I just received my bill which was not lowered but was the same old price. This company is really messed up. They have no clue whatsoever and are a big major hassle and inconvenience!
I forgot to add that my service was down following this problem from Friday through Sunday this past weekend. Bad bad bad

Windstream's customer service is by far the worst customer service I have had to deal with in the last ten years. They are not responsive to problems and cannot communicate among their team to resolve a simple issue.

Best service I have had. Customer techs are nice and my internet speeds are higher than what I paid for!

Rude people at the local office, condescending and unhelpful. Prices way too high. Call in customer service stinks. Did I mention the prices are too high. My bill has gone up $40 in last few months. I want TWC back.

After paying for 20 years they treat you like trash find another service if you can everybody else is faster and cheaper
