Limestone cable is a complete and total joke. To be honest, giving them one star is far to generous. We hardly ever have internet at my house, in fact, I am on my data right now because it is not working. Our cable has been out at least 4 times this month and they have been nothing but rude to us. My dad called out there and they told him that he could find a different provider and that him being one client would not affect them. However, where I live they are the only provider available so we are stuck with them. Unprofessional and unreliable are the best words to describe this business. If you live in a place where you can get any other provider PLEASE take my advise and do so.

They are cheat just to get your money any way they can. they charge you not having cable if you just got internet, Then when you pay your internet it goes out all the time once you pay your bill then cable goes up. Which 75% of the time most my channels didn't come in that's why I turn mine off.

Worse internet ever. I pay for 5mb and never download over 500kbs . Company always said it's my computer or routers, i have better computer and routers now than when I was in Georgia paying for less download and getting more .

We pay a nice price for internet service at home and for our business. For the past three months consecutively it has gone down at least once a month, if not more. We’ve never had a credit to our bill despite paying $123 a month for internet and cable PLUS any overage fees we occur at home, we have a separate bill for the Office. I rely on the internet at work for basic everyday things. I rely on the internet at home as I’m a college student who attends classes online. I almost missed an exam in November because your service went down. We had no internet multiple times at home and in the office during December and the service hasn’t worked all day today at either location. What are you doing to prevent this from occurring again? When are you going to credit your customers accounts? We entered into an agreement with you. We pay a fee, you provide a service. We have kept our end of the deal being as you cash my checks every month, when are you going to uphold your end of the agreement?

The worse internet service provider I have ever paid for. Connection is slow, EXTREMELY unreliable, and is too expensive for the quality of service offered. Save your time, money, and grievances by taking your money else where. Definitely do NOT recommend.
