Absolutely the most ridiculous customer service I have ever experienced. Rude CSA's and even more rude managers .Outrageous prices .Not a single representative has any clue what they are doing .I am always being promised one thing and then it does not happen .I would not recommend this service to anyone! Terrible! The company will not make anything right with their customers either!

Was only there to return equipment, but the employees were very friendly, helpful, and prompt.

It's a store. They don't provide service beyond giving equipment, receiving equipment and helping pay bills. There's nothing more to it. They do a fine job.

Was told by a customer service rep that it would take 24 hours for service to start. 28 hours later, I'm still waiting on activation. I'm self employed and very reliant on internet. I now have a huge backlog of work and am still waiting on service to begin. Would not recommend to anyone, but this company is a monopoly so there's no other choice.

Google maps shows it in the wrong place. I spend hours driving to other location to get service. They are aware of the screw up and no one will fix it. I even called customer service and they confirmed that the wrong location was where it was supposed to be.
