They rape you on rates. They don’t give you local office numbers, and I had to call 3 times to get an American speaking customer service rep that I could understand. My cable bill is up to 149.00 for the basic cable and internet. I called to drop cable and they want 69.00 for the internet that they so proudly advertise at 29.99 and 49.99. By the time you add all the taxes and fees it will probably be close to 100.00 for just internet. I am not an angry customer. I have been an excellent paying customer for several years but just don’t like being taken advantage of so I guess I will have to end up dropping my internet as well.

These people are terrible. Signed up for the free trial, they made my appointment for Sunday, February 3rd. No one showed up AT ALL. I called, and I was told I had to wait until Tuesday, February 5th. They show up without calling, 2 hours early. They told me my cord I have for the Internet and cable are old and can't be used. So I was told 2-5 business days by the man who came to look at it. I then called JOE in the office and he said it would only take 1 or 2 days for it to be done because we're are "Top Priority". Now I'm waiting until Monday and they can't even give me a specific time in which they'll be here. Awful service, and just because it's free doesn't mean it hasn't wasted my time. I've had to miss appointments because of this. My college is pug on hold for this. They have kept me hanging around when they don't even show up, or they show up early. I could call Windstream up here and have them do this almost the very minute I call. Looks like you're missing out on a customer and I will be Blogging about this! JUST BECAUSE YOU STAMP A FREE TRIAL STICKER ON IT DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN WASTE PEOPLE'S TIME AND KEEP RESCHEDULING THEM. Joe in the London/Corbin office has a 0 for helping customers. He was fine until he decided to ignore my phone calls after telling me, and reassuring me he would call me back.

They offer the best cable service we have had yet. The line-up is great for the money and the internet is great.

Awful to work with but they offer the highesr speeds in London.
