Tvs Cable

I live in upstate New York my mother lives in Whitesburg KY. Up here in NY where the cost of living is much higher I only pay $45 a month for 100mb WiFi and that's with the monthly charge of the equipment as well. And TVS wants to charge $54.95 for only 6mb plus the cost of the equipment!? That's ridiculous! And because they have the monopoly on the area they throw in additional charges as well. This company is taking advantage of everyone in the area and charging an arm and a leg for crappy low mbps speed that is spotty at best and doesn't run smooth. It bounces between 3 and 5 mbps and download speed of 0.5 and 2. They have a poor customer service, only mon-fri operations, if you call the 800 number for help some old lady answers and says she'll take a message and no one calls back. Horrible company and horrible service. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Our tv has been out most of the winter 2017 now thru 2018 I have called posted picture put on Facebook so people know I’m not lying we pay 145 or lil more but bought new tv I’m afraid where picture goes in and out it’s getting ready to tear my big new screen up 65 in they have been here and seen for their self But yet to get resolved these not another cable company in this area but ready to let it go

When it’s good, it’s great. But when it’s bad, it’s horrible. Seems to be out, slow, or jumping back and forth on speeds more than it’s in. They’re the only provider in my area, and we pay $175/month for basic cable and internet. They can charge these prices because they have a monopoly, which I thought was illegal. In a single day, I guarantee there’s at least 30 posts from different people on fb that their internet and/or tv is out. Every single day!

Horrible ISP. Unreliable and you’ll get disconnected after missing one payment. And here’s the catch, they’ll cut you off at 5:30 PM and say it’s automated because their offices close at 4:30 PM. What a load of bullsh*t.

My basic cable been out 5 days and nights now. They keep saying they are gonna fix it but hasn't happened yet. BASIC CABLE
